Joe completed a big job for us when we built a pool a year and a half ago. He did an exceptional job preparing the surface and laying over 2,500 1' x 2' pavers. He also completed the landscaping adjacent to the pavers by preparing 14,000 square feet for grass and rolled out 14,000 square feet of turf in 2 days. He worked tirelessly and completed the job within the agreed time frame and budget. His work was first class and at a very reasonable price. that was our backyard soil. Levelled and trucked In clean fill. Laid down sod. A month later after the deer started to destroy the sod they came and installed a new fence. MATERIAL
Black Dog Fencing partners with leading fence material companies who stand behind their products with best-in-class warranty programs. Please refer to the warranty for your specific fence material below or visit the manufacturer website for more detailed warranty information.

You must register your fence in order to be eligible for the warranty on certain materials.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by Acts of Gods, weather, incidental damage by humans or pets, and impact or other conditions beyond our control.

Wind damage to gates not properly closed or not securely latched also are not covered.

You will also void your warranty if you make any structural changes / alterations to your fence after installation.

Please note that customer failure to pay in accordance with terms contractually agreed upon voids all warranty coverage.
Aluminum
Transferable Limited Lifetime Warranty that warrants against peeling, flaking, splintering, corrosion, rusting, or abnormal discoloration under normal and proper usage.
Chain Link
The product line is warrantied to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal and proper usage for one year from the date of installation.
Composite
Limited Warranty that warrants these products to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal and proper usage.
Steel
Limited Warranty that warrants the electrocoated surface on all panels, posts, and gates is guaranteed against cracking, peeling, chipping, blistering, or corroding under normal and proper usage.
Vinyl
Transferable Limited Lifetime Warranty that warrants these products against peeling, flaking, splintering, corrosion, rusting, or abnormal discoloration under normal and proper usage.
Green-Treated Wood
The product line is warrantied to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal and proper usage for one year from the date of installation.
Cedar
The product line is warrantied to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal and proper usage for three years from the date of installation.
Untreated Pine
The product line is warrantied to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal and proper usage for one year from the date of installation.
Wrought Iron
1-Year Warranty that warrants against any defects in materials and workmanship as well as for the powder coated surface for adhesion protection against chipping, cracking, peeling, or blistering under normal and proper usage (if applied
HOW TO FILE A CLAIM UNDER WARRANTY
Need to file a claim? Just follow the steps below to start the process.

Take pictures of the issue.

Call our Customer Service Department at 250 735 6240

If possible, provide the manufacturer name, fence model, year of installation, and gate model and hardware (if applicable).

Email pictures to office@blackdogorg.ca after your claim is taken.

Once your claim and pictures are reviewed, we will contact you to set up an appointment to either fix your issue or order replacement parts. Any reinstallations done under warranty will be at no charge.
